Hi, my name is Anna. As a local host for my own property, I don't just manage heaps of listings; I look after your home as if it was my own. I am locally based and can easily pop over - whether it is to oversee maintenance, spot check the cleaning contractors, bring in the bins or assist guests.
Better yet - I am here to help set up your AirBnB, taking photos, setting up the app, signing up cleaning contractors and managing all bookings, guest communication and calendars. Coming from a Hotel Management, Housekeeping and Commercial Management background, I am focused on balancing guest experience, quality of service and revenue maximisation.

App Set Up
Setting up as a Host can actually be trickier than you think - there are a lot of hidden settings. I can do the photos and create your property on the app - as well as creating a house manual and local guidebook.
Booking & Guest Management
Managing all guest communication pre, during and reviews post stay and ensuring 5* guests preferred. I can also optimise your calendar management, put in dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Contractor Management
Whether its checking if some deep cleaning is needed, finding a local contractor to wash the windows or replacing a lightbulb myself, I will ensure it is all organised for you and done to the highest quality.
